2. Online Valuations Are Not Binding Offers

Any valuation provided by Breaker Commercials Ltd (whether via email, phone, or WhatsApp) based on the information and photos you submit online is strictly an estimate. It does not constitute a legally binding offer or contract to purchase the vehicle.

A legally binding contract of sale is only formed once our buying team has physically inspected the vehicle, verified its condition and documentation, and both parties have agreed to the final price in writing.

3. Your Obligations

By submitting a vehicle for valuation, you warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit legal authority to sell it.
• All information provided regarding the vehicle's condition, mileage, and history is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have disclosed any significant defects, major accident damage, or outstanding finance.

4. Right to Withdraw

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any valuation estimate at any time, especially if a physical inspection reveals that the vehicle does not match the description or photographs provided.

5. Liability

Breaker Commercials Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any initial valuation estimate provided.
